💙🍪 Why is it called Cookie Monster? 🍪💙

Because we may have taken the cookie part a little too seriously.

It starts with a baked chocolate chip cookie crust. Then we pile on a blue cookies-and-cream cheesecake loaded with cookie pieces from top to bottom. Finally, we finish it with a thick layer of chocolate ganache.

At some point, it stopped being cheesecake with cookies and became a cheesecake made of cookies.

If the Cookie Monster opened a bakery, we're pretty sure this would be his signature flavor.

And honestly? We think he'd ask for seconds.

🫐 BLUEBERRY COBBLER IS BACK! 🫐

This one has been quietly stealing the show.

Creamy vanilla cheesecake layered with sweet blueberry filling and topped with a buttery golden cobbler crust. Every bite tastes like a homemade blueberry cobbler met a New York cheesecake and decided to become best friends.

The blueberries bring the sweetness. The cobbler topping brings the crunch. The cheesecake brings everything together.

We're not saying this flavor will disappear fast.....but we're definitely not not saying that either. 😏

Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday while supplies last.

Somebody left this little guy outside our window today… which was a dangerous mistake. 🐸🍰

We took him in, gave him a quick orientation, and now Mr. Froggy is apparently part of the production team.

Current responsibilities include:
🐸 Supervising cheesecake batter consistency
🐸 Judging our swirl technique
🐸 Randomly staring at employees until productivity improves
🐸 Pretending to understand commercial kitchen operations

We tried to explain OSHA regulations, but he just blinked slowly and climbed onto the mixer.
