This is the captain of the dance team Tonya-Marie Rivers & my beautiful daughter Octavia AnnMarie (our little future dancer) we just wanted to stop by and say Hello to all of our fans & tell you all how much we miss you! 😘 We know that it’s our off season but don’t worry we are still here and we still love you all very much! ❤️

This is you Lady Viper Captain Tonya-Marie Rivers & today I just wanted to post and give our Lady Vipers Dance Team owner/my personal best friend Casondra Lynn a great big HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎉 🎈 I'm a little late but it's still a big deal in my eyes because if it wasn't for this woman being born & being awesome there wouldn't be a Lady Vipers Dance Team. Thank you so much Casondra. You are an amazing Dance Team coach & an even better friend! ❤️😁🏈

Hello Lady Viper fans. This is the captain of the dance team Tonya-Marie Rivers. I'm sure you guys are missing us. We know that we are missing all of you! Shout out to all you beautiful fans. With out you we wouldn't be anything. You guys make us great & we thank you!
Just letting everyone know that we haven't gone anywhere. Us Lady Vipers are still very much here. We don't plan on going anywhere any time soon. However we are currently making some pretty big changes. Our plan is currently in progress for next year. It's going to be great & im sure you'll be very pleased. So please be patient you beautiful fans, more is coming! 💋

The Lady Vipers Dance Team & Seaway Valley Venom Football Team walked in the Seaway Parade today. Lots of our fans came out to see us. We even gained a lot of new fans today. Thank you to everyone who participated. 🏈

The Lady Vipers Dance Team & the Seaway Valley Venom will be walking in the Seaway parade Saturday morning in Ogdensburg, N.Y. @ 11am. Hope to see all of our fans there cheering us on. We will be in jerseys and will be passing out gifts for all the children. See you all there! 🏈

Today is our last practice before our first game. We've gotta work hard and bring all we've got!
This Saturday in Rochester the Seaway Valley Venom will be going head to head with the Westside Spartans @ 5pm. 🏈
We will be there front and center voices ready to cheer our team on! 🐍

An updated picture of all the wonderful women who are members of the Lady Vipers Dance Team. These three women have worked extremely hard and can't wait to see all there fans at the August 5th home game.
