Appalachian Clay Works Handmade pottery at a reasonable price. Every piece is handmade with attention to detail. All pieces are dishwasher and conventional/microwave oven safe.

Appalachian Clay Works (ACW) is a small company located in North Central West Virginia that designs, fabricates and sells simple, functional ceramic wares at wholesale and retail prices. Appalachian Clay Works' owner, Keith Koury, earned a degree in Ceramics as part of the Fine Arts curriculum at West Virginia University. His expertise includes extensive learning experiences nationally, as well as

abroad in China and Denmark. He continues professional relations with experts throughout the world. Goals are integrity, continuous improvement, professionalism as ACW emerges. His extensive educational pursuit enhances his capability of all facets of ceramic production, including but not limited to kiln building and operation, mixing and applying glazes and glaze techniques, experienced and fluent in the construction and fabrication of all things clay and ceramic. Note: Other artistic aspects from his degree include drawing, photography, ceramics all combined to create an artistic composition.
