Our diverse client base benefits from multiple, distinct venues and

the commitments we have to quality of life, exemplary service and attention to detail. NIEC provides a local link between Iowa’s rich agricultural heritage and budding future, while celebrating key relationships between agriculture, business and community. Proceeds from all members and sponsors are used for expenses associated with the NIEC mission, which is to produce the annual fair, incorporate youth shows and agriculture along with educational, competitive and recreational entertainment opportunities for the county we represent with great pride.

🇺🇸 THE MOVING WALL IS COMING TO NORTH IOWA!

A powerful piece of American history is coming to the North Iowa Fair & Events Center this September.

The Moving Wall, a traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., will be on display September 25–28, 2026.

This is an opportunity for our community to come together, remember, and pay tribute to the brave men and women whose names are forever honored on the Vietnam Wall.

This special event is hosted by North Iowa-Southern Minnesota Veterans Stand Down in remembrance of the 250th anniversary of the United States.

🇺🇸 OPERATION GOLDEN HAWK IS RETURNING! 🇺🇸

Operation Golden Hawk, hosted by North Iowa-Southern Minnesota Veterans Stand Down, returns to the North Iowa Fair & Events Center on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in the All Seasons Building!

This special event is a service for Veterans and their families, as well as a celebration and recognition of those who have served our country.

Veterans and their families can enjoy:
Food, clothing, surplus items & other free goods
Vendors and service providers offering assistance and resources
Live entertainment

This event is FREE for all Veterans and their families!

Good morning race enthusiasts! We have a couple big events going on here at the Events Center today. We are extremely excited to have both of these events here in Mason City!
Below is a map of where parking for the race will be located. Please enter and exit the grounds using either the east or south gates. All parking will be on the east or south side of the grounds. Parking around the barns will not be allowed for this race, as the west end is reserved for the horse show that also starts today.
Race parking is in blue. Please do not park in the red or green areas on the map.

Trying to locate/has not been found:

This necklace was lost at the North Iowa Events Center sometime over the 4th of July weekend during the DW Productions horse show. It would have been somewhere around the RV spots directly to the west of the horse barn on the gravel pads (the owner was in first south spot) , through the horse barn, along the north side "outside" of the arena along roadway where she entered the office area from the doors on the east. This necklace has sentimental value and has two names engraved on the hearts. The owner is offering a reward for it's return.
