Join us as we proudly host the U.S. Air Force Band of the Golden West's - Sierra Winds Trio. The U.S. Air Force Band honors those who have served, inspires American citizens to heightened patriotism and service, and connects with the global community on behalf of the U.S. Air Force and the United States of America. The Sierra Winds Trio is an active-duty woodwind quintet. The U.S. Airforce Band of the Golden West is based out of Travis Air Force Base right down the road here in California. This concert is all free and suitable for all ages. Please limit 4 reserved seats per family.

Young singers throughout the Yuba-Sutter region are invited to join
Yuba Sutter Arts & Culture’s Kids & Teens Youth Choir as it begins rehearsals for its annual holiday concert, “Starry Nights and Christmas Lights.”

Led once again by accomplished musician and music educator Gay Galvin, the Youth Choir gives young people an opportunity to develop their voices, learn proper vocal techniques, gain confidence as performers, and experience the fun of making music as part of an ensemble.

The 11-week program begins September 22 and culminates with a festive holiday performance on Thursday, December 10 at 6:30. Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays from 4:30 – 6pm. No rehearsal Thanksgiving week.
