Marysville Community Band Marysville Community Band is a 501(c)(3) organization of volunteer musicians of all ages and abilities.

We perform several times a year at community events and regular concerts. Our mission is to build community in Marysville, one note at a time!

🎺 MARYSVILLE COMMUNITY BAND — FALL 2026 STARTS THIS THURSDAY! 🎶

We’re excited to get the band back together for another great season of music, friendship, and fun!

📅 FIRST REHEARSAL
Thursday, September 10 at 6:00 p.m.

📍 Totem Middle School
1605 7th Street, Marysville

The band room entrance is off 7th Street, at the easternmost door of the main school building — not the gym — near Alder Avenue. We’ll do our best to have the Marysville Community Band banner near the entrance so you can find us!

♿ Accessibility: The 7th Street entrance has three concrete steps. An alternate accessible route is available, and we’ll share a map showing parking and how to reach the band room without using the steps.

FALL SESSION FEE
Adults: $20
Musicians age 18 and under: FREE!

🎼 MUSIC
Music will be handed out at the first rehearsal. We also have recordings available so you can get familiar with many of the pieces we’ll be playing this season.

We’ll provide:

🎵 Pencils
🎵 Plenty of good vibes

The Marysville Community Band is kicking off our fall session, and we’d love to have you join us!

⭐ FIRST REHEARSAL

Whether you’ve been playing regularly or your instrument has been sitting in the case for a while, come spend an evening making music with friends and neighbors from our community!

The band room entrance is off 7th Street at the easternmost door of the main school building — not the gym — near the intersection of 7th Street and Alder Avenue.

We’ll do our best to have the Marysville Community Band banner near the entrance so you can spot us! And if all else fails… follow the sound of the band! 🎵

The 7th Street entrance has three concrete steps. To avoid the steps, park on 8th Street and walk between the school buildings to reach the band room.

We’ll do our best to help everyone find their way.

We had an absolutely wonderful summer session with the Marysville Community Band! Great music, great concerts, and—most importantly—a great group of people coming together to make music and build community. ❤️🎺🎷🥁

This fall we’ll be pulling out some holiday favorites and getting ready for our December concert. 🎄🎶

Have you been thinking about playing again? Maybe your instrument has been sitting in the closet for a few years…or a few decades? This could be the perfect time to dust it off!

Marysville Community Band is not a beginning band, but any musician with **2–3 years of experience on their instrument** is welcome to drop in and join us—even if the last time you played was many years ago.

You don’t have to be a professional. You just need some experience, an instrument, and the desire to make music with a great group of people.

Come make some music with your friends and neighbors and be part of a community where all ages come together, one note at a time! 🎺🎷🪈🥁🎶
