We are hiring an ✨Assistant Director of Recreational Therapy✨ to oversee cabin life, support therapeutic camping programs, and help create meaningful experiences for campers of all abilities.

You'll mentor Recreational Therapy Interns, train and support cabin staff, collaborate with families and community partners, develop new programs, and ensure campers receive the care, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.

From leading staff trainings and expanding camp offerings to helping campers build confidence, independence, and connection, you'll play a key role in shaping the Bradford Woods experience.

If you're passionate about therapeutic recreation, outdoor education, and building programs that make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.

Applications for 2026 Explorers Camp at Bradford Woods are STILL open!

From canoeing and climbing to swimming, archery, arts & crafts, and outdoor adventures across 2,500 acres. Explorers Camp is the ultimate summer experience for youth ages 9–13.

2026 Sessions:
💧 Session 1: Water World (June 28–July 3)
🤠 Session 2: Wild West (July 5–10)

Campers can even attend multiple sessions for double the adventure.
