Congratulations!!

🎉 Congratulations to our Martinsburg High School students who have earned the prestigious West Virginia Seal of Biliteracy! 🎉
We are incredibly proud of these Bulldogs for achieving this outstanding accomplishment and demonstrating the power of dedication, perseverance, and global communication skills.
The West Virginia Department of Education recognizes students who earn the WV Seal of Biliteracy for reaching at least functional fluency in a language other than English, with some recipients achieving working fluency or even professional fluency.
This recognition reflects not only academic excellence, but also a commitment to embracing languages, cultures, and opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.
Join us in celebrating these remarkable students and their hard work! 🐾
