Gift Certificate Holders!!!!!!

THIS FRIDAY, FEB. 25th IS LAST DAY FOR REFUNDS. Only a few left out there so please come in Friday the 25th 11am-7pm

We have called all numbers we have that we’re attached to purchases and left voicemails who have voicemail boxes set up.

Refunds will only be issued on gift certificates that were “purchased” (not won from raffles or give aways) between December 2019 and December 2021 only. All certificates prior to those dates have now expired.

Please note that the vast majority of certificates that were purchased was done so during our holiday specials where you received an extra $50 amount per $100 dollars you spent.

We have records of all certificates sold and how much they were bought for versus the face value of which they were wrote for. You will only be receiving the value of which you “paid” for the certificate, not what the certificate is priced for unless you were one of the rare ones who bought it for the full price.

For those who used small balances a little at a time off of your certificates for multiple tattoos or sessions, same principle applies. You will only receive the balance of what is left of the dollar amount of which you purchased the certificate for.

You must also have your gift certificates in hand and ready to surrender them for a full refund.

Thank you so much for being patient during this process of closing the business down. You have all been greatly understanding and supportive!

All paperwork has been finalized for the end of the year taxes and we have the ok to start issuing checks for refunds for those who have reached out to us.

We are deeply saddened to announce that after 8 years of operation, True Love Tattoo will be closing its doors at the end of February. We want to take a moment to thank all of our clients, past and present, for their continued support. Our patrons are what have made this job so great and this shop so successful! We will miss the connections made and art created. Brandon has been led to quit tattooing and preach the good news of Jesus Christ.
