I'm so incredibly grateful to the Drum Orpheum Rehearsal Hall for hosting us for Restorative Yoga in downtown Martinsburg, WV last weekend. Thank you to the students who came out and made time to experience rest and relaxation.

This is an incredible space that lends so beautifully to turning attention inward and being at peace. Fun fact: they (currently) have the largest indoor mural in all of Martinsburg! We will continue this monthly gathering here and plan the next Restorative Yoga class for Sunday, July 19 - mark your calendar and join us. You won't want to miss this! Details on my website.
