🔥 The last Windmill Lab was a SUCCESS!

Everyone who joined pushed their limits, understood different entry points and exercise for the windmill, and most importantly… had fun doing it. The energy was so good that students asked to keep it going and open it up to more people. So here we go again! 👊

💨 Windmill Lab returns April 4th!

This 5-week power series is designed to help you build power, timing, and control while breaking down the mechanics of the windmill step by step. Whether you’re trying to land your first one or clean up your form, this lab will help you level up.

📅 Starts: April 4th
⏰ Time: 1PM – 2PM
📆 Duration: 5 Weeks

👥 Ages: 12 and up
⚡ Some movement experience recommended

We’ll be training:
• Windmill foundations
• Freeze entries
• Backspin control
• Leg timing & power mechanics

🌪️ WINDMILL LAB 🌪️

Want to learn windmills but don’t know where to start?

This isn’t about throwing your body and hoping it works.

This 5-session Saturday program breaks windmills down the right way:
• Shoulder safety & power prep
• Freeze → entry pathways
• Backspin & leg timing
• Drills that actually translate to real windmills

👥 Ages 10-18 | Limited Spots
🤸 Some prior movement experience recommended
(breaking, sports, gymnastics, martial arts, etc.)
⏱️ 60 min per session

Windmills are a power move — we build the foundation first so progress sticks.

This weekend’s AAU Regionals didn’t end with the outcome we hoped for, but what we did walk away with was just as valuable—growth, grit, and the hunger to keep rising. We showed up, we gave it our all, and we made our presence known. Of course, qualifying for the Junior Olympics was the dream, but every champion’s journey includes setbacks that build strength. This chapter closes, and now…it’s back to the lab. We’re coming back sharper, stronger, and more determined than ever.

Massive respect to all the athletes who left it all on the floor and took the top spots in each bracket—you were incredible to watch, and your performances continue to raise the bar for everyone in this community. Wishing you the best as you carry the torch into the Junior Olympics—go shine!

To the AAU Committee (, ) , the parents, coaches, judges, DJs, and every person who helped create such a powerful experience for our youth—thank you for making history.

Las Vegas Regionals — Let’s Make History

Four of my students have earned their spot to battle at Regionals, each one chasing a dream and putting in the work to reach the Junior Olympics. The goal is clear: secure that championship slot.

I’m beyond proud—not just of these four, but of every student who showed up, trained hard, and pushed their limits. This journey isn’t easy, but step by step, we’re getting closer.

APPRECIATION POST 🤜🏽🤛🏽

Still buzzing from this weekend’s 2nd Event at — what an absolute VIBE!

The energy was real! Families showed up, the youth showed out, and the crowd brought the hype! It was more than a battle — it was community unity in motion.

Massive love to our judges, staff, DJ, vendors, sponsors and all the parents who stepped up and made everything run smooth. Y’all are the backbone of this movement and I see you!

Next up: May 10th — our final event before we hit VEGAS! Don’t miss it: 12pm-2:30pm.

National League Rankings are in!
Three of my students have officially advanced to Regionals this May in Las Vegas. I’m incredibly proud of each of them—it’s been a journey, and they’ve earned this moment.

But the real challenge starts now. The competition levels up from here, and it’s time to lock in. They’ll be going head-to-head with top breakers from other schools, and the mindset has to match the mission.

No matter what, it’s an exciting time. I’m honored to be in their corner every step of the way.

Let’s get it. See you in Vegas.
