Soooo I may or may not be getting a giveaway together right now to celebrate hitting 1600 followers recently! And I have the first prize picked out🫣🙀😍

I found this amazing puppy pride themed mini cordsmith by Size Inclusive Collective by Autumn Eden-Goodman at All Wound Up Yarn Shop and knew this was the perfect colorway to choose! And the mini is becoming my new favorite so I chose to share the love with one of you!

The mini cordsmith by Size Inclusive Collective by Autumn Eden-Goodman is meant for lace weight up to dk weight yarn and makes a very skinny cord that is perfect for daintier/ skinnier straps, shoelaces and many other fun accessories and projects. It works exactly the same as the regular cordsmith however the cord is thinner than the one made by the regular cordsmith!

Happy pattern release day to Victoria Bucher ! Her very first pattern, the daydream crop top is out now🫶🏻🥳 I suggest getting multiple color pallets ready because you will want to make more than one of these tops once you get started!!

I had the honor of being on the pattern testing team for this super cute and fun to make summery top, and I had such a great time working with some wonderful people! Thank you for having me Victoria and I can’t wait to help bring more patterns of yours to life and see your pattern writing career take off🥂🤩🖤

For this top I used a mix of yarns in my stash including big twist acrylic (black, and the mixed green), ilty (black and white marled), and Lion Brand heartland yarn (purple)! I also used my cordsmith from Size Inclusive Collective by Autumn Eden-Goodman to make these super sturdy straps and the side laces for my top as well, however if you don’t have an icord maker of some sort you can use the alternative strap making methods included in the daydream crop pattern👌🏼

Camelot cowl is well underway with the testing period and we are actually coming close to the end! I originally was using a different color that just wasn’t working up how I hoped it would so I decided to pivot and use this crazy neon stripe Red Heart and it is looking so crazy cool and psychedelic🤩🕺🪩

I almost always start a project for myself on my birthday, and with yesterday being my golden birthday (27 on the 27th🥳🤩🫶🏻) I decided to treat myself a bit and started working with this gorgeous LANA GROSSA colorissimo yarn from Great Yarns !

I am using this beautiful yarn to make the fragrant shawl by Carmen Heffernan aka Carmen - Ireland which is available as a free pattern on her website or an ad free pdf on Etsy, which is what I chose to snag! I always love making Carmen’s patterns because they are so fast, fun and easy to work up and always create serious works of art🩷🥰 she also has such amazing patterns for those single hanks of yarn collecting up in your stash which is always awesome!

I will post an update on my shawl in a day or two! Also thank you for all of the wonderful birthday wishes yesterday, I love and appreciate you all tons and you seriously made me feel so spoiled!!! 🥳🥰

Happy pattern release day to Ayla Rain ! Their rainbow spiral hexagon pattern released today and I had the pleasure of testing these super funky little spiral guys!

I chose to stitch mine together to make this super psychedelic spiral purse that I also added some fun little squiggly guys and spirals to for extra ✨whimsy✨🩷 But you can also use them as coasters, make a ton and attach them together for a blanket, or even attach two together like a few other testers did to make toddler sized purses! So many options, what would you make with these hexagons!?

If you use a larger hook and thicker yarn, you can truly turn a doily into whatever you want! This is the hot girls doily pattern by Brit Snell 🖤🫶🏻 and I made mine extra large and turned it into a table mat for our coffee table!

I finally got pictures of my version of the temptress halter top today!🖤💚 It’s a cool 80 degrees where I live so it was the perfect day to wear her out. I chose to alter the pattern and add a corset back because my weight has been fluctuating a lot recently but otherwise I followed the entire pattern and it was super easy👌🏼😁
