Our historic building features a gallery, a clay studio, art classes, and events and performances for all ages to enjoy in Central Wisconsin. The Chestnut Center for the Arts is Marshfield's community venue for the visual arts, performing arts and artist services. Located in a historic building in downtown Marshfield, it's a great place to enjoy classes, art gallery shows, concerts, performances,

special events and workshops. You'll also find individual artists' and musicians' studios, spaces for events and family gatherings and much more. Whether your tastes are for classical, folk or popular art forms, this is the place to connect with the arts --- and creative people --- in Marshfield!

Check out the Date Night classes, the Group Drumming session, and mini-canvas painting. Don’t miss the Sunday afternoon family classes. Kids love to cook; check out our Culinary Kids individual sessions. Register early, class sizes are small and they fill up quickly.
