2026–2027 Sports Announcement

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now OPEN through Final Forms.

All student-athletes must have a Final Forms account completed before participation. Please be sure to select the correct school year and student grade level during registration.

A current sports physical must be uploaded to the student’s Final Forms account prior to the first scheduled practice. Additional paperwork will be completed during the physical appointment; however, only the completed MSHSAA physical form needs to be uploaded into Final Forms once signed by the doctor.
