Help us spruce up the Livestock Show Barn and make it fun, festive, and welcoming for everyone who visits during Fair Week!

We’re inviting individuals, families, businesses, clubs, organizations, and exhibitors to get creative and decorate a hay bale!

All proceeds benefit the Searcy County Fair Scholarship Fund!

There’s no limit to your creativity! Make it funny, festive, fair-themed, school-themed, business-themed, agriculture-themed—or whatever you can dream up!

Hey guys and gals, it’s Chelsea! 👋

Last year, I did a much better job of keeping everyone updated on the projects we had going on around the barn. This year…not so much! 😅 Between everything else going on, I’ve definitely slacked on sharing the progress.

So, here’s a not-so-quick video showing some of the major changes and improvements we’ve made around the barn this year! 🛠️

We hope to eventually have a new barn, but in the meantime, we’re going to make the best of what we have and continue working to provide the best environment possible for our livestock exhibitors, schools, and everyone in our community who walks through our barn.

There’s still plenty of work to do, but we’re proud of the progress we’ve made and excited about what’s to come! ❤️

🐷 SUPERINTENDENT KISS THE PIG FUNDRAISER! 🐷

It’s time to start voting! 😜 Our Superintendent Kiss the Pig Fundraiser is officially underway!

🗳️ $1 = 1 Vote

You can start voting early, and during Fair Week we’ll also be accepting cash payments! When submitting your payment, be sure to let us know which Superintendent you are voting for.

You can vote for one Superintendent OR split your votes between multiple Superintendents! Every dollar counts! 💰

The Superintendent who raises the most money will have to KISS THE PIG at our Livestock, Poultry & Rabbit Awards Ceremony on Friday, September 10th at 5:00 PM!

All funds raised will go toward renovation projects in the Livestock Barn to help continue improving the facilities for our exhibitors.

Just some of the behind the scenes! Thank goodness for our FFA girls and boys! If you look close you will see Kenslee, our Miss Searcy County , plus Gracie and Bella! The boys were in the Barn helping with lights, I failed to get a pic.
Tractor supply Donation brought in on Robert Cartwrights trailer with Cory Treadwell taking time off work to go pick up the shaving for the kids! Saw dust being delivered. Gravel donated by the city, changing out a door k**b to make a bathroom easier for special needs individuals to changing worn out casters on the carts the work at the fairgrounds never stops. Not to mention all the Barn improvements! Why do we do this? For the kids! So our youth has a yearly event to show case their talents.
Get those fair entries in and then come support the exhibitors!

Searcy County Fair Scholarship Pageant Royalty: First names only to protect our children.

Our Miss and Jr. Miss will be representing Searcy County at the State Pageant. If you would like to sponsor our queens, please contact a volunteer board member.

All donations are tax-deductible at the state and federal levels, as the Searcy County Fair is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
