Premium checks are available for pick-up at the Fairgrounds Office!

Due to the rising cost of postage, premium checks will be available for in-person pick-up on the following dates and times:

📅 Thursday, September 3 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
📅 Wednesday, September 9 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
📅 Friday, September 11 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
📅 Beginning the week of September 21, premium checks will be available for pick-up Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, unless otherwise posted.

We will have the premium checks available for pick up from 6 to 7 PM on Wednesday, September 16 before the monthly board meeting as well.

📬 Need to drop something off while we’re closed? For your convenience, we have a drop box available in front of the grounds, near the Floral Hall/Church Gate on Maple Street.

⚠️ Please place all items in a sealed envelope before putting them in a drop box. Be sure to include your name and contact information on the envelope. Please do not place loose papers, payments, or other loose items directly into the drop box, as they may become separated or mixed in with other submissions.

📢 CCAIS BOARD TRUSTEE POSITIONS OPEN

The Calhoun County Agricultural and Industrial Society (CCAIS) is accepting Letters of Intent from qualified members interested in filling three Board Trustee positions.

The following Board Trustee terms expire in November 2026:
• Brent Lincoln
• Steve Benham
• Evan Leach
