Over the past several months, I’ve befriended this fluffy little nugget.. his name is Bob. He is a Northern Bob White Quail. Apparently, these adorable birds were named this because their call sounds like “Bob White!” 😂
When he started hanging out around my house, I began calling back to him. He seems as fascinated with me as I am with him, and we have had many conversations like this one!
I never thought I would have such a close encounter with such a wild bird and I’m really curious for anyone else out there who have encountered Bob White Quails… have you had similar experiences?!
Today, I was an absolute awe when he decided to hop up on the dragon and sing!! 😍
