Congratulations Amanda Ravanelli (aka https://www.facebook.com/amanda.dwyer.167?mibextid=wwXIfr&mibextid=wwXIfr) who won First Place……AGAIN in our 3rd Annual Castor River Days Baking Competition!!!!

She won first place in our very First competition! It’s safe to say she is a BAKING QUEEN 👸

And we really love her!

Thank you everyone who competed. The recipes will be available next year. In the meantime come BUY A COOKBOOK!! Help us continue the legacy.

Congratulations Mary with Castor River Ranch Campground! She won 3rd Place in the Rubber Ducky Derby and has generously donated the proceeds back to the Castor River Days fund to help up with next year’s event!

The Castor River Days Cookbook features individual recipes from all the contestants from our past two Baking Contests. Recipes include ingredient lists, easy to follow instructions and pictures each submission.

There are pies, cakes and cookies all in a handy 3 ring binder so you can add your own favorite recipes.

It’s a unique addition to any kitchen and a lovely gift!
