For those who don't know, my brother was the one who adopted Deputy from Thoroughbred Athletes years ago. Chris has held several jobs that keep him extremely busy since then, so I took over this big, goofy boy. Chris still goes out to see him when he can.

It is CRAZY how well this has worked! Tell us what helps YOU at feeding time!

The feed bags (that go on the horse's nose) have eliminated fighting at feeding time, but sometimes Dep still has to show everyone he is boss while waiting. 🙄 Honestly though, this rarely even happens anymore. Back when we used to feed in stalls, there would be SO MUCH aggression between all of the horses while they waited to go in, and whey they saw each other eating. Now they can stand side by side with their feed bags on and no fussing.
