Marlboro Recreation is Hiring!
Are you responsible, reliable, and flexible? Do you enjoy being part of a community-focused environment? This role may be perfect for you!

Position: Program Operations Supervisor
Hours: Approximately 10–18 hours per week
Schedule: Primarily late afternoons/evenings, with the possibility of 1–2 weekend shifts depending on program activities. Weekly schedules may vary.

Role Overview:
The Program Operations Supervisor oversees the recreation facility while programs are in session (sports, classes, meetings). Responsibilities include:
• Enforcing facility rules
• Monitoring traffic within designated areas
• Ensuring the building is secure once activities conclude
• Locking up certain facilities as needed
Note: This role is supervisory/managerial in nature and does not require technical or mechanical support.
