Hey friends! We’re starting to gather items for the Bluegrass at the Lake Silent Auction and would love your help.

We are looking for donated items from local businesses, artists, makers, musicians, and community members to help raise money for the festival and keep this event growing.

Some ideas:
• Gift baskets
• Handmade goods
• Artwork
• Gift cards
• Event tickets
• Local business merchandise
• Music memorabilia
• Experiences or services
• Vintage or unique finds
• Anything fun, creative, or community-minded

Every donation, big or small, helps support Bluegrass at the Lake and the dream of building something special for our music community here in Kansas.

We already have a few fun activities in the works like the hula hoop contest, co****le tournament, and more, but we’re curious… would anyone be interested in workshops or hands-on creative activities during the weekend too? 🎻✨

Hey friends, as Bluegrass at the Lake keeps growing, we just wanted to remind everyone that the official place to ask questions, get updates, vendor info, lineup announcements, camping details, and event news is through the Bluegrass at the Lake page.

If you see information shared elsewhere and aren’t sure if it’s accurate, check the page first or send us a message there directly. That helps us keep everyone on the same page and makes sure you’re getting the most current info.

Hey everyone, we’re loving all the interest in vending this year 🙌

We do want to share a quick update so everyone knows what we’re working with:

Per county guidance, we’re doing our best to keep things as local (in-county) as possible to support our community businesses. Because of that, our food vendor spots are very limited, we only have 4 hook-up spaces, and those are essentially full.

The ONLY food vendors we’re still looking for right now are snow cone or ice cream vendors. 🍦

We try to be mindful not to overcrowd food vendors so everyone there can actually make money, so we appreciate your understanding on that ❤️

For craft, handmade, and other “nicknack” vendors:

* You are still welcome!
* Spots are more laid-back and first come, first serve
* If you don’t need electricity, it’s pretty much a “find your spot and settle in” setup.
* Fees are:
* $50 (no electric)
* $75 (with electric)

We’ve always tried to keep this event community-driven and easygoing, so we’re sticking with that vibe again this year.

Over the years, Bluegrass at the Lake has been built by volunteers, the ones working the gate, helping with setup, keeping things running smooth, and showing up because they believe in what this event brings to our community.

To every single one of you: thank you. You’re the reason this thing keeps growing.

As we get ready for this year, we’re looking to bring that same energy back, and we’d love to add a few more good people to the mix.

If you’ve volunteered before, we’d love to have you back.
If you’ve ever thought about helping out, this is your sign.

Volunteering is a great way to be part of the festival, meet people, and help keep something special going.
