Culinary Experience: Proven experience as an actual chef in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Soul Food Expertise: A deep understanding of and passion for authentic soul food traditions and flavor profiles.
Leadership & Pride: Someone who takes pride in dish consistency, plate presentation, and running a clean, efficient kitchen line.
