We’re hiring ✨

Apothenne is seeking a Part-Time Workshop Facilitator to support our private candle-making experiences in Fort Worth.

As our workshop model evolves, we are continuing to host intimate group experiences (6–20 guests) in beautiful partner spaces including private event areas and coffee shops.

This role is ideal for someone who feels comfortable guiding small groups, enjoys creating warm environments, and appreciates thoughtful details and aesthetics.

Workshops are typically scheduled:
Thursday-Sunday afternoons or early evening

Flexible, per-event structure.
Typically one 1-2 workshops per week!

Responsibilities
• facilitate candle-making workshops for private groups
• create a welcoming, relaxed experience for guests
• oversee setup + breakdown of materials
• maintain organization of supplies
• represent the Apothenne brand with warmth and professionalism

Ideal fit
• comfortable speaking in front of small groups
• calm, warm presence
• detail-oriented + reliable
• appreciates design, scent, and ambiance
• enjoys working in creative environments
• prior experience in teaching, events, retail, hospitality, or wellness is a plus

I’m thrilled to share that we’re opening the Apothenne Holiday Residency ~a limited-time studio + shop in Fort Worth, just one block from our original space.

November through January, 100 Bryan Ave will be:
– our cozy candle workshop loft
– a tiny Apothenne shop with a curated edit of signature + limited scents
– a gathering space for private pours, holiday parties & intentional gifting
