We escaped the Rhythm crazy for about 36 hours to see the incredible Melanie Moore STAR in the new Black Swan musical at American Repertory Theater !!

There aren’t enough words to express how we felt about the show and Melanie’s performance. Literally unreal!!!! The show was thrilling and dramatic and dark and beautiful and more than we could have ever imagined! Our favorite, of course was seeing Melanie in the starring role where she commanded the stage in every way!! Dancing, singing, acting and on stage for literally every scene, we’ve never seen anything like it!!! Triple threat is an understatement!!! Melanie has always been a star, but this takes it to another level. We could go on and on and on. 😭 Vickie Moore , I know you are a proud Mom! Wowza!!
From the absolutely amazing dancing and performances by the entire cast and choreography by Sonya Tayeh to the music and lighting design and special effects, we loved it all! The entire cast is unreal…the most amazing dancers…actors…singers. If you are in the Boston area…GET TICKETS immediately!! We have a strong feeling this will be on Broadway this fall…and we are ready to see it many more times!!! Melanie, so beyond proud and also completely blown away by you!! 🙌
We got to see it with our dance bestie cckopcsak - Christy (she got the curtain call video because I couldn’t even get it together enough to film anything!!) which made it even better and we also ran into friends from NDSD at the show!!
We loved chatting with amazing dancers ida saki Jada Simone Clark Adrian Lee Chelsea Thedinga after the show!! Truly - YOU WERE ALL SO INCREDIBLE!! It was an honor to watch you all!
