For over thirty-five years The Ringworks Studio has been creating innovative and fresh jewelry. We see jewelry as wearable art—small scale sculpture for the body. It can, at its best, express ideas and communicate symbolically just like full sized sculpture. One of our specialities is the use of different, and unusual, colors of gold. Pure gold is always a rich deep yellow, but as different metals

are added to the pure gold, the color and mechanical properties change. We have developed colors of gold that range from shades of white and yellow, to reds, pale-pink, green-yellows, straw, and even blue and purple. Another speciality is our use of unusual and rare metals: steel, titanium, niobium, rhenium, and most notably tantalum in our tantalum inlay rings.
