Anne’s (Dirt Road Studio) love of glass art goes back to when she started in stained glass in the 1980s. She’s done stained, fused, flamework and most recently painted glass.

Each piece is painted with glass enamel, fired multiple times in the kiln, layered with art glass, framed and then backlit with LEDs.

She draws her inspiration for her art from our beautiful southern Appalachian forests and the wild California coast where she grew up.

The Bear is available at our shop upstairs in Twist - Boutique & Fine Consignments. Hurry! Only one available.
