REMINDER: This Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 2 p.m. at the Cat Ranch cabin, we are having a Cat Ranch Art Guild meeting. Topic of discussion is the state of the guild, to hold or not hold the Fall Event, and what to do going forward with the group.

We are sad to report that Sharon Pruett passed away this week. Sharon and her family were members of the Lucky Clover Rendezvous group who set up during the Cat Ranch's Fall Event. Please keep her family in your prayers

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not host the Cat Ranch Fall Festival again this year.

Our next meeting will be Sunday, April 12, 2026, at the Cat Ranch Cabin.

Hello everyone,
We are planning on having a meeting April 12, 2026, at 2 p.m. at the Cat Ranch. No presentation at the meeting. We need to make some decisions about the event and the future of the group.
We need to know if there is still an interest in the event, if you can participate, and your opinions. Please attend if at all possible or let me know where you stand.
It has been hard getting people to give a presentation and when we do have one a very low turnout. We hope to see you at the meeting.

Dr. Edwin Smith, a celebrated art educator and mentor, passed away at 83. Known for his contributions to art education and his love for animals, Edwin's legacy will continue through his family and community.

ANNOUNCEMENT: The next meeting of the Cat Ranch Art Guild is scheduled for April 13, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Cat Ranch in Marble Hill. Our guest speaker will be Kathryn Breitenstein, a local artist.

If you are an artist or enjoy art, you are welcome to join the Cat Ranch Art Guild. We will also begin discussing/planning for our Fall Event.

The Bollinger County Art Show scheduled for Friday March 14, 5pm to 7pm, and Saturday March 15, 11am-7 pm the Mayfield Event Center in Marble Hill.

The current art show is non adjudicated, and open to all ages or ability levels ages 8-100+. Primary participants are from Bollinger County, but entries are open also to any connecting adjacent counties to Bollinger. (Madison, Perry, Stoddard, Wayne, Cape). There are no entry fees to exhibit.

2D and 3D pieces are welcome. Limit number of pieces to a maximum of 7.
Paintings and drawings of all types (Oil, Pastel, Watercolor, Acrylic, Charcoal, Pencil, etc), Photography, Digital, Sculpture, Fiber, Glassware, Pottery, etc are welcome.
