This colorful piece was done for a grandmother who wanted to honor her grandson and carry a reminder of him with her every day.

One of my favorite things about tattooing is that it isn’t reserved for any particular age. The stories may change over the years, but the desire to celebrate the people we love never does.

This one meant more than just making something beautiful.

This client and I met a few years ago not long after she lost her husband. At the time, I could only try to understand that kind of grief from the outside looking in. Now, heartbreak is something we sadly share in common.

Creating this piece together felt healing in a way that’s hard to explain — a reminder that even after unimaginable loss, there can still be beauty, color, connection, and meaning.

Texas sunset, wildflowers, and a semicolon because the story isn’t over yet. 🤍

Black & grey knight cover-up with layered armor detail, rich contrast, and enough saturation to bury the past for good. Cover-ups are some of my favorite projects because they’re not just tattoos — they’re transformations.
