🌟 GCPRA Athlete Spotlight: Lexie Miller🌟

Lexie first started attending GCPRA rodeos back in 2019 when she was just 12 years old. In 2022, she and her entire family qualified for the GCPRA Finals—and Lexie went on to win the Year-End Incentive Barrel Racing Championship aboard her beloved mare, Lady. 🐴🏆

She has continued to make her mark in the arena while balancing high school rodeo, GCPRA rodeo, and school. Not only does she compete in barrel racing at the GCPRA rodeos, she also breakaway ropes.

Lexie is currently leading the GCPRA standings in the Incentive Barrel Racing and is looking to earn her second year-end title. 🔥

This year she concluded her high school rodeo career, competing in barrels, breakaway, goat tying, and cutting—and she a 2x Girls Cutting State Champion!! 👏🔥

She has big plans as she takes the next step at Cochise College where she’ll be competing in barrel racing, breakaway roping, and goat tying. 🤠 She also plans to still attend as many GCPRA rodeos as possible.

We’re so proud to watch Lexie continue to grow, compete, and chase her goals both inside and outside the arena. We can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings! ❤️🏆

🏆 GCPRA OPEN BARREL RACING LEADER SPOTLIGHT 🏆

Let’s shine the spotlight on the incredibly talented Stacey Padilla! 🔥🐎

Stacey is a multiple-time GCPRA Finals qualifier, GCPRA Rodeo Champion, and she has made her mark in the pro rodeo world qualifying for the Turquoise Circuit Finals —This year, she is proving once again why she belongs at the top!

Stacey has already taken home the win at Gilbert Days, Apache Junction, and Cottonwood this season! 🏆🏆🏆 Those victories have propelled her straight to the top of the GCPRA Open Barrel Racing standings, where she currently leads with an impressive $4,247 won! 💰🔥

When she’s not flying down the alley, Stacey is a devoted wife and dog mom, a talented seamstress, and an absolute craft queen! 🧵👑 She’s also a true connoisseur of well-bred horses, with a passion for quality horses and the sport she loves. ❤️🐴

Behind every great cowgirl is often a great support system, and Stacey is lucky to have her wonderful and incredibly helpful Danny by her side. 🥰 From cheering her on to helping make it all happen, Danny is a huge part of Stacey’s journey and a special piece of her success!

Charlie Parsons is a name known far and wide. His legacy is something that will live on through his family and friends and our GCPRA family wants to express our most sincere condolences to his family. With his family's permission, here is the information for his memorial service.
