Lily Portrait #100

I was 99% finished with this portrait when one of my foster dogs chewed up the hoop and distorted the stitching. I had the choice to start completely over, or try to salvage the piece. I trimmed the portrait out and stitched it onto new fabric instead. The threads were loosened but i think it makes it feel more alive.

Hi Friends!!
I've been totally MIA as of late. But I wanted to share a little life update. I am now the GEneral Manager of a bar I was working at. So manager training and all the managing- has been keeping me wildly busy. I have a couple embroidery commissions On my list and a couple painting orders came in through Etsy- but I am definitely a busy ass bee. 🐝

So everything is taking me a little longer than I'd like. I am Putting the Etsy shop on vacation so that I don't get too backed up.

Don't forget about me though- I ordered $800 of gorgeous yarn from and So rugs are still coming your way. And commissions will still be open on a waiting list- but just DM me for that. In like two weeks tho. Lol.

This 10" portrait of Atlas is my largest portrait to date- and so I am just picking it up and working on him every few days to keep my fingers nimble. I think he will take me a few months to finish.
