We have been busy this winter with a total apartment renovation. Below are the before and after photos of some of the renovation. We have a busy season ahead and we never seem to have enough time for everyone contacting us. We are hoping to have someone we can refer people to when our schedule isn’t allowing us to take on new jobs, so stay tuned for the referral post. This is the total house renovation that we were contracted to do in May. We have all the siding off, new windows and a French door all in, inside torn down to the studs, two new basement support poles, all plumbing, duct work and electrical pulled out, and going to have a new furnace and central AC installed by Comfort Zone HVACR, which their information is included in the last picture if you need your furnace or Central AC installed.

We are making progress fast and hoping to have this one done in August before the deadline.

Keep this one in mind, as it will be going on the market for sale. It is in a quiet country setting with plenty of room for kids to play and dogs to run.

We were contracted to do an entire house renovation inside and out, for this house just outside of St John’s. We have all hands on deck for this one since the deadline to get this house back on the market is September.

We won’t be able to take on any new jobs during this time.

If you are looking for a house in September, keep this one in mind, it will be brand new from the inside to the outside.

We were busy the month of November renovating this 2 car garage. After cleaning it out and inspecting it, we determined it was more safe to tear it down to the studs and replace the entire garage with new wood siding, due to small rodent damage over the years. We also replaced the roof with a metal roof and painted the outside to the original colors. It is now ready to stand for another 100 years.
