Recently purchased by the City of Mansfield, the theater is undergoing a transformation and revitalization. An intimate, 158-seat venue in historic downtown Mansfield, the Farr Best hosts movies, shows, and a variety of community events. It was built in 1917, and still retains much of the original historic charm.

🕸️ Did you hear? There's a spirit lurking inside of the house...��Join us for our second annual immersive exhibition & haunted house only in Mansfield! Learn about the wayward spirit of little Eleanor and her tale as you traverse with her through the house. Discover her secrets and how she became the playful haunt of Wallace-Howl.

🎃 Portions of the Wallace-Hall Art House will be temporarily closed for installation across the entire first floor of the house in preparation for this immersive exhibit.

Recommended for ages 8 years old upward.

👋 Spend your weekend at the Wallace-Hall Art House to view our UnBounded Open Art Exhibition, showcasing a variety of local talent and their recent works! With over 50 pieces submitted to this exhibition, there are a plethora of pieces of different mediums on display from now, until August 30, 2026.

🖼️ Within the past 4 months, the City of Mansfield was able to install 3 new public art pieces in key locations across the city.

✨ With a large-scale sculpture at the new animal shelter and two picture perfect benches at Elmer W. Oliver Nature Park, we were able to hit another Cultural Arts Master Plan goal of investing in public art pieces and iconic art across Mansfield. Our eventual goal is to make it possible for every Mansfield resident to find art all over town within minutes of travel.
