The bags are packed, the dancers are ready, and the countdown is finally over! We can’t wait to make memories, perform, cheer each other on, and experience a little Disney magic together. ✨

Our final senior spotlight goes to ✨Morgan Ammons✨

Morgan has been part of our studio family for 14 years, and watching her grow into the beautiful dancer and person she is today has been such a special journey. Her favorite genres are ballet and contemporary, and she brings both grace and emotion to every performance. 🤍

This fall, Morgan will be attending George Mason University and joining the Honors College while majoring in Biology (with plans to possibly minor in dance!). Her dream is to become a pediatric occupational therapist — and we know she will do amazing things wherever life takes her.

Her advice to younger dancers:
“Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, that’s how you learn, and don’t be afraid to look stupid.”

Morgan, thank you for 14 incredible years of dedication, kindness, hard work, and unforgettable memories. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all that your future holds. 💜✨

✨ Senior Spotlight ✨

Today we are celebrating Ellie Grace Duszynski! 💕

Ellie has been part of our studio family for about 12 years, and throughout her journey she has brought so much energy, passion, and personality to the stage. Her favorite genre is Hip Hop, where she truly shines! 🔥

After graduation, Ellie plans to continue working at Hanover Tavern, picking up more hours and learning even more about Event Planning through working events and gaining hands-on experience.

Ellie’s advice to other dancers:
“Embrace the journey and enjoy the dance!💕”

We are so proud of you, Ellie, and can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead for you. Thank you for being such a special part of our studio family! ✨

What a beautiful way to end our dance year. 🤍✨

Recital weekend is always emotional — the long rehearsals, the quick changes, the backstage chaos, the happy tears, and watching every dancer walk on stage and shine in their own way. This weekend reminded us why we do what we do. 🤍

To our dancers: thank you for your hard work, dedication, resilience, and the joy you bring into the studio every single week. Watching your growth this year has been the greatest gift. Whether this was your first recital or your final one, you made this season unforgettable. ✨

To our dance parents: thank you for every ride to class, every costume change, every late night, every encouraging word, and for trusting us with your children year after year. Your support means more than you know.

To our teachers, staff, volunteers, and especially Dawn Smith — thank you for the countless hours behind the scenes that made this entire weekend possible. It truly takes a village, and we are so lucky for ours.

“Sometimes You Gotta Dance” was more than just a recital theme — it was a reminder to embrace the moments, celebrate the memories, and keep dancing through every season of life. 🤍

To our seniors, thank you for leaving your mark on our studio and inspiring the younger dancers who look up to you every day. Once part of this dance family, always part of this dance family. 🎓

As we close out another season, our hearts are so full. Thank you for laughing with us, growing with us, and dancing with us this year.

Night one of recital weekend is officially done! ✨

A huge thank you to all of our dancers and dance families — we truly wouldn’t be here without each and every one of you. Thank you for your love, support, dedication, and for allowing us to be part of your dancers’ journeys. 💛

A special thank you to all of our teachers, staff, and especially Dawn for creating a space where dancers can grow, learn, and continue inspiring the next generation through the love of dance.

Today we rest… and tomorrow we do it all again!

✨ Senior Spotlight ✨

Our next senior we are celebrating is Madison Elish! 💛

Madison danced for 2 years before 2020 and returned to the studio last season, reminding us that passion for dance always finds its way back home. Her favorite style is jazz, where her energy and confidence truly shine on stage! ✨

After graduation, Madison will be attending East Carolina University to major in Exercise Science with hopes of becoming an athletic trainer for college sports. We are so excited to see all the amazing things ahead for her! 💜

One piece of advice Madison would give to younger dancers:

“You don’t have to be perfect to be beautiful when you dance. Every time you step into the studio, you’re growing even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.”

We are so proud of you, Madison, and can’t wait to watch your next chapter unfold! ❤️🎓
