Happy Birthday to the incredible Miss Amanda! 🎉🎂

Miss Amanda is a cornerstone of the Aspire Dance Family. Balancing a demanding full-time career while pouring her heart into both our Recreation classes and our Company & Performance teams is no small feat - yet she handles it all with unmatched dedication.

What makes Miss Amanda so special is her unique gift for connection. She has a beautiful way of making every single dancer feel seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are. She doesn't just teach steps; she builds confidence and creates a space where every student feels valued.

Beyond being a phenomenal instructor, she is our ultimate go-to superstar behind the scenes. From proofreading and hand-crafting our studio merch to jumping in to help with anything & everything, she makes our studio run smoother.

Jada Venditti has been dancing for 16 years and is an Aspire Company & Performance Team Dancer. Known for her contagious smile, sunshine, and good vibes, Jada was named the “Heart of the Team” at the start of this year’s competition season. You’ve seen her fiery tap skills on stage, starring as a Licorice Lead in our productions of The Nutcracker for the past two years!

Beyond the studio, Jada has already proven herself a true leader. She is a Ski Instructor at Song Mountain during the winters, and this year she took on the role of Junior Instructor at our J-D and F-M After-School Dance Programs.

After graduating from Fayetteville-Manlius, Jada is headed to Syracuse University’s Honors College this fall to study Neuroscience! Jada, watching you grow into an incredible young woman and leader among your peers has been the honor of a lifetime. You are heading into this next chapter with all our love, and we can’t wait to cheer you on every step of the way!

Meilissa McLain has been a part of the Aspire family for six years, shining as a Company & Performance Team Dancer! She has been featured in our productions of The Nutcracker over the years as the Dew Drop Fairy, Snow Queen, and most recently as the Sugar Plum Fairy.

Meilissa has garnered numerous accolades at competitions and conventions, always representing Aspire Dance with grace and poise. Her passion for dance extends beyond our studio walls! She has been a dedicated member of the Fayetteville-Manlius Dance Team since her freshman year, ultimately earning the privilege of serving as the Junior and Senior High School Dance Captain!

Equally brilliant in the classroom, Meilissa seamlessly balances her rigorous training with extraordinary academic leadership. She serves as the Secretary-General of Model United Nations, is actively involved in Science Olympiad, and participates in multiple research projects.

After graduation from Fayetteville-Manlius High School, she is headed to Case Western Reserve University to study Neuroscience and Bioethics on the Pre-Med track. Meilissa, you are a truly remarkable young woman! We can't wait to see you start your next chapter and achieve everything you've set your mind to.

Kirin Payne has been dancing for 16 years, including four years of competitive experience and three wonderful years with us at Aspire since moving to Central New York. As a versatile dancer in our Recreational Program, she has trained across multiple styles, including Teen Ballet, Teen Tap, Teen Modern, Teen Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Broadway Tap.

Her love for dance shines brightly every time she steps on stage. She has performed in our productions of The Nutcracker as part of the Musical Theatre Battle Mice ensemble & as a Lyrical Arabian ensemble dancer. It has been a joy to watch her take the stage for our Spring Recitals where she brings together the technique of the class and the artistry of a confident performer!

Kirin is graduating from Fayetteville-Manlius High School next month and is the recipient of two merit-based scholarships! She will be attending Syracuse University in the Honors College, majoring in Creative Writing. We are thrilled to be a part of your dance journey and couldn’t be more excited for the bright future ahead of you!

Zacharias Daniels began dancing three years ago at Aspire and has participated in both our Company & Recreational Dance Programs. You will likely recognize him from our productions of The Nutcracker, where he brilliantly took on the demanding roles of the Snow Cavalier and Sugar Plum Cavalier.

Beyond the dance studio, Zacharias is a gifted stage performer and multi-talented musician. He recently starred in Fayetteville-Manlius High School’s production of Newsies, and he plays the violin, piano, and guitar alongside singing. His impressive musical resume includes performing with the FM Chorale, Jazz Choir, Men’s A Ca****la, Syracuse Youth Orchestra, FM Symphony and Chamber Orchestras, and the prestigious Conference All-State Orchestra.

In his free time, Zacharias stays incredibly active with gymnastics, swing dancing, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, and studying both Chinese and German. Following his graduation from Fayetteville-Manlius High School, he will embark on a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Upon his return, he plans to attend BYU to major in Engineering and Musical Theatre.

Jade McKinnis has been dancing with Miss Linda since the age of four! She joined the Aspire Dance Company in 2023 and currently shines in Company 5. You may recognize her from our most recent production of The Nutcracker, where she starred as the Marzipan Shepherdess Lead and Demi Flower.
A true joy to work with in the studio, Jade excels just as brightly in the classroom. She is a newly named National Merit Scholar and an active member of the National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, National Science Honor Society, and the International Thespian Society.

Throughout high school, Jade has balanced her passion for dance & performance not only as an Aspire Company Dancer, but also as a dedicated member of the FM Dance Team. Her love for the stage also extends to theater, starring in both FM High School musicals and Fayetteville/Manlius Recreation productions.

This fall, Jade is headed to Liberty University to pursue a double major in Hospitality Management and Dance!
We will miss you so much Jade! You are bound for greatness, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things in store for your future.

Ashlynne Schuss has been dancing for over 12 years and is a Company and Performance Team Dancer at Aspire, where she has performed for the past two years. Beyond the studio, she is a brilliant scholar recognized with the Seal of Civic Readiness, mastery-level Regents success, and a candidacy for the Seal of Biliteracy. She is a member of multiple Honor Societies including the Tri-M Music, National, and National Technical Honor Societies. Ashlynne has earned her Bronze and Silver Girl Scout Awards, “Best Room Presentation” at the ESMCHS Science Symposium, and the University of Rochester's Frederick Douglass & Susan B. Anthony Award. Most recently, she received the 2026 Amelia Earhart STEM Scholarship from the Zonta Foundation! 

Balancing a rigorous dance schedule with her musical pursuits, Ashlynne is an active member of her school’s Chorale and Chamber Choir. She has also showcased her talent on stage at ESM, playing the roles of Katherine Plumber in Newsies and Gretchen Wieners in Mean Girls.
Ashlynne will graduate from East Syracuse Minoa Central High School with honors and distinctions in Math and Science. She will attend Binghamton University in the fall to major in Nursing at the Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

We are so happy you found a dance home with us at Aspire! We’ve loved every minute of watching you shine on stage, and we will be cheering you on every step of the way as you take your next big leap!
