We are now accepting jury applications from handcrafted artisans and food vendors wishing to be a part of Maker Fair Minnesota 2026! Maker Fair Minnesota 2026 will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Nicollet County Fairgrounds in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Maker Fair Minnesota is a handcrafted only event. Only those who hand make their items will be considered. Even though this is a juried event, we still suggest applicants apply early because Maker Fair Minnesota is always a sold out event.

Check out this post about one of our biggest helpers, Kelly Youngblom with Breaking Bread Homestead! Kelly has been helping the Maker Fair Minnesota team for many years now. She has a heart of gold and would give anyone the shirt off her back. We are happy to see her be recognized for all the good she does!

The wait is over! It’s time to SAVE THE DATE for Maker Fair Minnesota 2026! Thank you for being patient with us while we focused on the health of one of the members of the Maker Fair Minnesota team.

Maker Fair Minnesota is one of southern Minnesota’s largest handcrafted only markets. Due to a scheduling conflict with the venue, this year’s event will be held a week earlier than usual on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 at the Nicollet County Fairgrounds in Saint Peter, Minnesota from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Emails will be sent to vendors that participated in our 2025 event in the coming days with instructions for early registration. If you are a new vendor wishing to sell your handmade goods at this year’s event, please keep an eye on this page for updates about when jury applications will be available for submission.

We will be returning to our usual “second Saturday of October” timing for our 2027 event, but in the meantime, we could use everyone’s help getting the word out about Maker Fair Minnesota 2026’s earlier date. Today we are celebrating reaching exactly 6,000 followers on our page! We have such gratitude for all the shoppers, vendors, and volunteers that come out year after year to support Maker Fair Minnesota.

If you came to this year’s event, we’d appreciate anyone who is willing to take a moment to leave a review in the Reviews section of our page. We take feedback seriously and want to do everything we can to make the event better and better. Only 344 days to go until Maker Fair Minnesota 2026!

We’d like to extend a very big thank you to all our Maker Fair Minnesota shoppers, vendors, and volunteers! This past Saturday marked another successful event for the books, but it also marked an epic failure at taking photos.

If you were in attendance Saturday, regardless of whether you were a vendor, shopper, or volunteer, and have photos from the event you’d be willing to share with us to post on Facebook and on our website, we’d be forever grateful if you sent them to us. Please send them to us via Facebook Messenger or email ([email protected]).

At the very least, we’d love to see everyone’s favorite photo from Saturday in the comments below!

Set up day is over and tomorrow is the big day!

Come out to Maker Fair Minnesota at the Nicollet County Fairgrounds in Saint Peter tomorrow from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. $5 per car to get in or $1 per person if walking in. No dogs please (other than service dogs).

Check out the first 25 Maker Fair Minnesota 2025 vendors we are showcasing! You will find these vendors and nearly 175 others on Saturday, October 11th, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Nicollet County Fairgrounds in Saint Peter, MN. More vendors will be showcased daily!
