Artifact is thrilled to announce that the business has been purchased and will be reopening in a new location later this summer!

The new owners, Kate and Andrew Gilbertson, have some renovations to complete at the new (larger!) space and will be sharing progress updates throughout the next few months.

ARTifact was built to be a space for connection and creativity, and that was only possible because of you. Thank you for eight and a half years of support, laughter, and beautiful pottery. While we are sad to say goodbye, we are leaving with full hearts.
We also want to say a huge thank you for the incredible, overwhelming response we received during our final painting days! Because so many of you came out to create with us one last time, our kiln is working overtime.

Please keep the following in mind for your final pieces:

• Wait for the Text: We are working as fast as we can to get everyone’s pieces fired. You will receive a text message the moment your items are ready for pickup.

• Final Deadline (5/31): All finished pieces must be picked up by Sunday, May 31st. After this date, we will no longer have access to the studio and unclaimed pieces cannot be retrieved.

• Pickups Only: Our May hours (listed below) are dedicated strictly to picking up finished work.

Thank you for your patience and grace as we carefully process this final "mountain" of pottery!

After 8½ wonderful years, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our paint-your-own pottery studio.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, creativity, and community you’ve shared with us over the years. It has truly been an honor to celebrate your milestones, host your gatherings, and see so many unique pieces come to life in our space.

Our studio will remain open for painting through Sunday, May 3. After that, we will have reduced hours for the remainder of May dedicated to pick-ups only, so you can collect all of your finished pieces. We’ll continue to share updates on specific dates and hours, so please stay tuned for the latest information.

We encourage you to stop in one last time to create, relax, and make memories with us before we close our doors.

Thank you again for being part of our journey. Your support has meant more than we can express. Stay rad, Mankato!
