The good news is the Bluegrass seed is doing well. The bad news is with this extreme heat, cart traffic is a problem and more watering is required. Therefore, we are back to cart paths only again until NORMAL weather returns. Thanks

We are starting the process of over seeding Bluegrass into our Bermuda fairways and Zoysia tees. This Bluemuda mix will give us the best of warm season grass and cool season grass. The process is extensive, with 4 different machine tasks, aerating, verticutting, blowing debris and seeding. Then the pain in the neck part, 20 days of watering up to 4 times a day! Your patience will be helpful, because our staff will be tired! Actual seed placement and watering will begin August 10th.
