JOE YOUNG

Joe Young is a young theatre maker and writer working in Johannesburg. He completed his training at Wits University in 2016 and works across mediums, from theatre to film, to television. Joe's writing has been printed in local magazines, including Prufrock and Odd. Joe made his film debut in 2015's award winning film Necktie Youth, and looks forward to his theatrical writing debut later this year.

BINNIE CHRISTIE

Binnie Christie is a young Theatre-Maker and all round Dramaniac, who graduated from Wits School of Arts. Her performance work includes the Naledi Award winning ‘Just Antigone’, and SABC’s ‘Mutual Friends’. Christie has produced original works such as ‘She Said, She Said’, collaborated on projects such as ‘Hearts Hotel’ and in 2017 she directed Lereko Mfono’s ‘The Kids From Amandla Street’ at Soweto Theatre and the Baxter Theatre, for ASSITEJ’s 2017 Cradle of Creativity. Christie is a member of The Movement RSA Theatre Collective, and is currently the Producer for Well Worn Theatre Co.
