When you can hold the full spectrum of emotion, those who can’t will call you crazy.
I used to suppress it—because feeling everything at once is a lightning strike to the nervous system.Truth hits fast. And when it hits, illusion collapses. You don’t get to unsee it.
So I stopped dimming.
I honor my depth.I trust what I feel—because it is truth moving through me.
This isn’t instability.It’s capacity.It’s power.
I’m done shrinking my rangeto make others comfortable.Done filtering my voiceso it’s easier to digest.
People will label what they can’t access. That’s not my burden to carry.
To feel deeply is a gift.To transmute it—into connection, into purpose—that’s alchemy.
This is not crazy. This is power. This is divine.
I choose to feel. Every time.
