Behind the chutes is not usually where the barrel racers find their loudest cheering section. Unless Chad Berger is there. 😂

That kind of support says a lot about his commitment to rodeo, its athletes and creating opportunities to grow the sport.

THE BA****CK CHAMPION 🏆

Congratulations to Tim O’Connell, the 2026 North Dakota Rough Rider Cup Ba****ck Champion!

With 10 NFR qualifications and 3 World Championships to his name, O’Connell added another championship to an already incredible career in Mandan.

The Rough Rider Cup marked his final rodeo of the 2026 season as he takes time to get healthy and sets his sights on returning in 2027 with one goal in mind: making his 11th NFR qualification.

Congratulations, Tim O'Connell, and best of luck on the road to 2027!
