Some days I look around and think… *wait… this is my JOB?!* 🥹✨

I get to spend my days with these humans —making memories, cheering on kids, laughing until we cry, surviving recital season together, and somehow turning chaos into magic.

To my staff: thank you. Thank you for showing up, loving our kids so well, pouring your hearts into this studio, and giving your time, energy, creativity, and patience day after day.

There are countless moving pieces behind the scenes that people never see, and somehow you all make it happen while keeping the fun, the laughs, and the heart in everything we do.

I’m ridiculously thankful for each one of you. These are my people, and Jazz Co is better because of you. 💛🖤
