JigsMusic

JigsMusic We work with new and established artists. JigsMusic provides the opportunity to see bands that are on their way up, in an intimate setting.

For the avid concert-goer, there is only one thing that can rattle your wits and send you reeling into a deep depression and that is not being able to catch your favorite bands as they pass through your area. Well, if you can’t go and see the bands you want, then why not have the bands come to you? That was the mission for Manchester native, Jordan Paul, aka Jiggy Stamos, when he
launched his musi

c promotion company, JigsMusic. Before the company started, Manchester,
NH was unknown when it came to the live music scene, but since its inception, JigsMusic has helped promote a number of grassroots bands, who you don’t usually find on the radio, to the community of music lovers in southern New Hampshire. In 2007, after attending his first Twiddle show,
Jiggy had an epiphany; he wanted to share
his monumental experience with everyone in his
area. After months of hard work and networking, Jiggy had the Vermont based band playing at a local venue in Manchester before a large, ecstatic crowd. He had found his calling. Since then, JigsMusic has been a non-stop, express train that a number of acts want
to jump on board and ride as long as possible. He’s worked with the Ike Willis, Micky Free, Brett Wilson and Roots of Creation, Strange Machines,Viral Sound, Chromatropic, Lucid, Mister F, Spiritual Rez, Hot Day at the Zoo and Canadian based band After Funk. The list goes on and on and is still growing. Penuche’s along with Jewel Music Venue & The Shaskeen have been a solid, home-base for hosting JigsMusic events. JigsMusic is open to
helping other venues who share the same
interest in supporting grassroots bands and offering their customers original, live music. JigsMusic has been known to team up with
182 Productions, run by “Uncle Mitch” Candiano
from Lowell, Mass., to put on shows in Manchester, as well as hitting the Massachusetts music scene. Things are only heating up for what was once a one person promotion company. JigsMusic now includes a partner to assist in the growth of the business. We also have a great street team that continues to grow. This has allowed us to continue to provide Manchester with the best music experience. We are focused on strengthening the business model and expanding into other areas. We will continue to work with as much passion and determination as when Jiggy first realized his dream could become a reality. Their mission statement from the very start was to provide original, live, music from grassroots bands for friends to enjoy. We have broadened our mission. It’s true, we still do provide great music for everyone, but it has grown to be so much more. We also help the bands' music reach more people, draw bigger crowds to the venues, and this results in a win/win for all involved. It’s a beautiful chain of events. This is not too shabby for a person who just wanted to hear as much live music as humanly possible.
