Join Becca for another FREE Zumba class! This is the last time she will be offering a free class. Tell your friends and your family, because Zumba is for EVERYONE✨
To sign up: Go to our membership options, and grab a “Free Zumba Class” pass! After that, you need to register with that pass for the class.
When: Friday October 23rd at 7:45pm
HALLOWEEN THEMED- wear a costume if you want! Fun party lights will be on. There will be one Halloween themed Zumba routine on Becca’s playlist. She’s excited to get spooky with all of you👻

Soaring into September is our Student of the Month, Sadie! Take a moment to read about her Aerial journey:

“
Every week or so, I was watching videos of a friend doing aerial and I thought it was really cool. Eventually I asked her more about it. Considering I did no sports whatsoever growing up, I figured actually doing aerial was something I wouldn’t accomplish. Despite that, she encouraged me to give it a try and I fell in love with it! My preferred apparatus is the Lyra, with silks as my second favorite. 

The community of people who attend classes at K**a has been refreshing! Others in the classes are so encouraging and literally cheer each other on constantly, which makes learning new, challenging things more comfortable and exciting. 

When I first started classes at K**a in January, I was going through a really difficult time in my life and was in the process of figuring out a “new” version of myself. I rarely stepped outside of my comfort zone or tried new things. My friend shared how aerial had been so important in her own life and how uplifting the community was; something I realized I wanted more of in my own life. Since joining, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how quickly I’ve picked up new skills, and even more so, I’ve been shocked to discover my own strength. I’ve become stronger since starting, more willing to attempt challenging moves, and more confident in myself. I’ve made connections with amazing people, and I’m excited to see where my progress takes me a year from now!”
