We are excited to show you the newest addition to the cardio room. We now have a much requested Stair Climber! This machine offers 20 levels of resistance and up to 157 steps per minute! No doubt, this will give you a fantastic work out!

We are staffed tonight (Thurs) from 6-8 if you are wanting to come in and take out a membership or to pay the $5 daily fee to get a quick workout in. Adult members do have access from 4 am-9:30 pm daily, one of the great perks of having an active membership! ( Well, and being an adult. 😀)

Parents- if you are taking anyone under 18 into the cardio or weight rooms, they must be directly supervised when using the equipment. The rooms are not playgrounds and safety must come first or they will be asked to leave the area. Thank you for your help in keeping everyone safe as well as not interrupting others who are working out.

Enjoy the new Stair Climber! We can't wait to hear what you think of it!

If you are wanting a tour or to take out a membership, we will be happy to make arrangements to meet with you if our open hours don't work.

Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns at (563) 920-9159.

Thanks for another very busy Winter season. It is great to see so many users come thru the doors each day! While more people head outside now, this may be the perfect time to come inside and start your routine when its a little less crowded or to take advantage of the walking track instead of the uneven sidewalks outside. Plus when the temperatures finally do warm up outside, our air conditioned facility always feels great!

Come check us out and see what we have to offer!

04/18/2026

Our open hours will change 2 weeks from today. Beginning Saturday, May 2, 2026, we will start our Summer hours which will be Tues 9-11 am and Thurs 6-8 pm. These will be our only staffed hours each week. Adults, with an active membership, will continue to have access from 4 am-9:30 pm daily.

Feel free to reach out to us at (563) 920-9159 if you have any questions. If our open hours don't work for you to stop in and take out a membership, give us a call and we will try to make other arrangements.

Thanks for another great season. It was a very busy one! During our Jan-March time frame, we had 16 Pickleball, 17 volleyball and 12 baseball/softball regularly scheduled teams/groups using it. Most of them using it 2-3 times a week. That's just the groups who scheduled, doesn't include those who just pop in to use the courts. We loved seeing so many people taking advantage of our courts.

We appreciate ALL of our users, no matter what area you use (courts, track, cardio, weight, dance or even social room) or if you come in with teams, families, friends or by yourself, whether you have a membership or stop in and pay the daily fee, we are happy to see you using our facility!

While our hours may be more limited this Summer, we hope to still see you enjoying the Rec Center! Our facility is air conditioned and for those worried about uneven sidewalks for your walks, our walking track is a great alternative. Those windy or rainy days a bother? Come inside and still get your workout in!

Also, we want to thank all our volunteers who continue to show up, allowing us to be open over 30 hours each week during our regular season. Our volunteers are great and what a huge impact they make on our facility and community. While the regular season may be winding down, you will still see them putting in time this Summer as well. Be sure to thank them for all they do! Without them, we could not pull this off each year.

Again, Summer hours (Tues 9-11 am and Thurs 6-8 pm) will start on Saturday, May 2nd.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Please remind your kids we will not be open until 3 today. With the early out at school due to weather, we don't want kids stranded at the Rec Center, unable to get in. Our Friday staffed hours are 3-6. Thanks for your help in keeping everyone safe!
