✨ Meet Shiloh, the newest member of the SGE team! ✨

Shiloh joined us in August 2026, and she’s been keeping busy in the warehouse ever since! You’ll find her cutting glass, receiving shipments, and getting orders ready to make their way out into the world. 📦

When she’s not at SGE, Shiloh is happiest outside and on the go. Hiking? Yep. Photography? Absolutely. Kayaking? Count her in. And spending time with her pups and her partner? Always!

Basically, if there’s an adventure to be had, Shiloh is probably already packing for it.

She’s also new to the wonderful world of glass, but she’s excited to learn the tricks of the trade, get a little more familiar with all things glass, and see where this new adventure takes her!

We’re so happy to have you on the team, Shiloh! 💙

Our retail store is closed for Labor Day and our employees are enjoying a well-earned day off...we hope you are too!
We have been as concerned as you are about the continuing rise in the price of solder, so to honor your work we've put 60/40 and Lead-Free solder on sale through Tuesday, September 8th. Our local customers can stop in to the store on Tuesday to take advantage of the sale, and our friends-from-away can place an order on our website and we'll get busy packing it up when we get back to work on Tuesday!

Say hello to Laura and Kasey! 🔥

After they finished our Flameworking 101 class, these two friends decided they weren't quite ready to stop playing with hot glass! They've taken their new skills and are now working their way through Cindy Jenkins' Beads of Glass book, one page at a time.

We can't wait to see where their glass adventures take them so stay tuned for a look at what they create!

Wait… Liz B. is an entrepreneur, too?! 👀

When Liz B. first pitched us the idea for an Artisan Fair, she told us, “Our customers are some of the most talented artists around - and they make so much more than just glass!”

Well… we quickly discovered that Liz B. belongs on that list, too!

Our very own Liz B. will have her own booth at the Artisan Fair, featuring upcycled creations made from reclaimed materials. We’re so excited to see what she brings - and even more excited to celebrate the creativity and talent within our Stained Glass Express community!

🎃 THE HALLOWEEN DISPLAY IS OFFICIALLY UP! 👻

And apparently, Janet and Wanda decided that wasn’t enough… they needed a victim.

They conspired against me and declared that my outfit “fit the display” and that a picture was absolutely necessary. So, naturally, I tried my best to look creepy and intimidating. 😈

It was going great… until Wanda made me laugh. 🙄

So here we are. I guess I’m officially part of the Halloween display now. All I need is a witch hat, a broom, and maybe a little more practice with my evil stare. 👀
