Meet Skyler Podziewski (She/They)
With 20 years of dance experience, Skyler Podziewski brings a powerful blend of technical training, artistry, and creative expression to Pumps & Pirouettes.
Sky grew up training at New Hampshire School of Ballet in Hooksett, NH, studying ballet, jazz, tap, pointe, contemporary, and modern dance. She spent 10 years as a competitive soloist and ensemble dancer, earning regional and national recognition through competitions including American Dance Awards, Headliners, Dance Masters of America Chapter 5, and Elite Performance Challenge.
Her experience has since evolved from performer to educator. Sky has trained and taught with NSquared Dance Company and The Debbie Gould Dance Center, bringing a strong technical foundation while encouraging dancers to explore their own movement, individuality and artistry. And dance isn't their only creative medium.
A licensed cosmetologist at Michael Thomas Salon in Manchester, Sky specializes in color, cutting, and wig design. Whether she's working with hair or movement, her creative philosophy is rooted in transformation, self expression and making art feel uniquely your own. Now, Sky is bringing that energy to Pumps & Pirouettes!
Sky is excited to continue her teaching journey with Pumps & Pirouettes, where she can be part of something bigger than herself: building community, creating space for artistic expression, and expanding the reach of dance education throughout New England. + WE are so excited to welcome Sky to the Pumps instructor team!
