Little Theatre of Manchester, Inc.

Little Theatre of Manchester, Inc. In Manchester's historic Cheney Hall, Little Theatre presents world-class theatre.

The Little Theatre of Manchester (LTM) was founded in 1960 with the purpose of producing community theater. Since its inception, LTM’s volunteers have put on more than 650 quality performances that have been well-received and applauded by various members of the community. In the 1980s, the Little Theatre worked with the Town of Manchester in restoring Cheney Hall. In 1991, the extensive, award-win

ning restoration was completed and the state's oldest operating theater became the theatrical residence of the Little Theatre of Manchester. Today, programming is comprised of five main-stage theatre productions, numerous concerts, special events, and a range of other cultural, business, civic, and private functions. The Little Theatre is proud to serve a growing, annual audience of approximately 10,000.

FROM THE CAST AND CREW OF ❤️
THE WAVERLY GALLERY
A standing ovation goes out to our patrons, friends, subscribers, and entire LTM Community for your support! 👏👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾👏🏿 WE THANK YOU!

From the Director, David Pelletier~

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to our incredible cast, crew, production team, and builders whose dedication, compassion, and artistry brought this production to life. Theater is always a collaborative act of love, and this production would not have been possible without their countless hours of work and unwavering commitment. A special thank you as well to the Little Theatre of Manchester for continuing to provide a home where meaningful stories can be shared with our community.

This production is, in many ways, dedicated to my mom, Rosemary Pelletier, my father in-law Harold “Pinky” Pohl and to all families who have experienced the emotional weight of caring for someone living with dementia.

Thank you for joining us and for allowing us to share this story with you.

THE WAVERLY GALLERY
FINAL PERFORMANCE TODAY
Tickets available at the door. Performance at 2pm, doors open at 1:30pm

Step into the Waverly Gallery, a small space that is much more than a place to display art; it's the heart of a family.
From Academy Award–winning writer Kenneth Lonergan comes a tender, devastating portrait of a family in transition. THE WAVERLY GALLERY centers on Gladys, the spirited owner of a small Greenwich Village art gallery, whose sharp wit and fierce independence begin to fade as dementia sets in. Her family, caught between love and frustration, must navigate the heartbreaking challenges of watching her slip away. Both poignant and unexpectedly funny, this Pulitzer Prize finalist is an unforgettable exploration of memory, compassion, and the ties that hold us together when everything else begins to change.

Are you guilty of waiting too long to purchase tickets?

The Little Theatre of Manchester is proud to present:
12 ANGRY JURORS
Adapted by Sherman L. Sergel
July 31 – August 16, 2026

Twelve strangers. One room. A young man's life in the balance.
The pulse-pounding, edge-of-your-seat legal thriller 12 ANGRY JURORS thrusts the audience into the pressure cooker of a jury deliberation room. At first, the verdict seems obvious—but when one juror begins to question the evidence, simmering prejudices and personal conflicts boil over into a fierce battle of wills. Tense, timely, and gripping to the last word, this modern classic is a riveting study of justice, integrity, and the power of a single voice to stand against the crowd.

WHEN MEMORY BECOMES A WORK OF ART
THE WAVERLY GALLERY
FINAL THREE SHOWS
June 19, 20 at 7:30pm
June 21 at 2:00pm
A memory play told by the grandson, Daniel, THE WAVERLY GALLERY is an unflinching, compassionate, and deeply funny portrait of a family grappling with the heartbreaking reality of terminal decline.

Oscar-winner Kenneth Lonergan (Manchester by the Sea) fills this story with his signature mix of raw honesty, devastating wit, and deeply resonant emotional truth. This play is a beautiful testament to the strength of familial love, the inescapable pain of aging, and the things we leave behind—often with a final, unforgettable joke.
