I recently returned from a four-day fishing trip in the Eastern Sierras with my long-time friend Kim. We stayed in Mammoth and fished various spots, including the June Lake Loop and areas of the Owens River below Mammoth. I had a close encounter with a bear, and a coyote crossed our path. There was even some snow on Saturday, but the fishing was great!
