Dance 2B Fit Zumba classes My mission now is to help as many people as I can to feel good about themselves and enjoy life to the fullest. It's a PARTY!!!

The benefits from Zumba have been tremendous, not only have I shed a few pounds but I have lowered my Cholesterol while helping other people achieve their health goals. Zumba helps you achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating class of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! You can easily burn at a

minimum 300 calories with in an hour class. Zumba works for everyone; young, old, in between and all levels of fitness! Join the fun and get results! No dance experience required!
