Small habits that secretly change your dancing ✨

Listening to music on the way to work. Practicing one basic with intention. Recording yourself instead of avoiding it. Social dancing one more song before leaving.

The glow up is usually in the little things 👀

What’s a small habit that’s helped your dancing lately? ⬇️

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT ✨

Andrew dove headfirst into his dance journey and we couldn’t be more proud of his growth🔥

In such a short time he’s joined training teams, did his first performance, competed in multiple Boston Flow footwork competitions (and won the beginner qualifier 🏆👏🏽), traveled to the DR to train with the source, and is constantly out social dancing, taking classes, and putting in the work to keep improving.

But honestly one of the best things about Andrew is the energy he brings everywhere he goes 🫶🏽 Always smiling, always positive, always hyping people up. His vibe is contagious and he’s become such an awesome part of the community.

We’re proud of you!! Can’t wait to see what’s next 👏🏽🔥

Show Andrew some love in the comments ⬇️

What a weekend. 🔥

We are beyond proud of our Training Teams for their debut performances at the J&L Underground Social this past weekend! After months of training, pushing through challenges, building confidence, and showing up for each other, they finally took the floor and brought their hard work to life.

Watching their growth, dedication, and teamwork come together on stage was something special. This journey is about more than choreography, it’s about trust, consistency, community, and believing in yourself.

To every team member: thank you for your commitment and for representing J&L with heart, passion, and energy. We couldn’t be prouder. ❤️

And the best part? This is just the beginning.

Want to catch them live? Check out our SHOWTIME post for the schedule and come support them at one of their upcoming performances! 🎉
